Welcome to Keswick High School!
At KHS, we are incredibly proud of our vibrant, caring, and connected school community. Every day, our students, staff, and families work together to make our school a place where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve their best.
Our School Improvement Plan, “Community as Curriculum: Cultivating Connection, Well-Being, and Success,” guides our collective efforts this year. This plan reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that every student experiences belonging, purpose, and success.
- Goal 1: Improve Student Achievement, Engagement, and Attendance
We are focused on strengthening culturally responsive and relevant classroom practices, providing targeted academic support such as mentorship and study hall opportunities, and improving communication among students, families, and staff. Through these efforts, we aim to create more meaningful and inclusive learning experiences that foster engagement, consistent attendance, and academic growth. - Goal 2: Foster Student Well-Being, Mental Health, and Belonging
At KHS, student well-being is at the heart of everything we do. We are expanding access to mental health resources, creating structures that support balance and reduce stress, and offering opportunities for students to build connection and community. Together, these actions help our students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. - Goal 3: Advance Equity, Inclusivity, and Culturally Responsive Practice
We continue to build a school culture that celebrates diversity and ensures that all students see themselves reflected in their learning. By investing in professional learning and inclusive school-wide initiatives, we are deepening our collective capacity to create equitable and culturally responsive learning environments.
At Keswick High School, our community truly is our curriculum—and it is through the strength of our relationships that our students thrive.
Welcome to Keswick High School.
